To reach our goal of transforming the Moroccan society into a society in which all people are accepted and appreciated and in which men and women enjoy equal rights, not only on paper but also in reality, we believe it is important to follow a holistic approach.

It is important to start working with children at an early age to give them the chance to grow into well-educated and conscious adults. With our two sociocultural spaces we created an environment in which the young people can get in contact with culture, arts and sports. We are making an effort to playfully sensitize them for social topics and human rights along the way.

Cultural Café in Marrakech

In the AEDF center in Marrakech we installed the Cultural Café where we offer several courses in the frame of our three workshop branches; Dialogue, Sports and Arts. Both girls and boys can participate. Additionally, there is a well-equipped library with books of different genres. For more information, click on the following link.

The second sociocultural space operated by El Amane is located in the rural community of Loudaya. There, the main goal is building capacity of women and girls in remote areas. To reach this goal, the sociocultural space offers an environment in which girls and women can come together and spend time, exchange ideas and profit from different courses and other activities.
